Many people ask me these days what I think about Facebook’s listing. On Saturday I said I didn’t think the value is sustainable (see Monday’s edition of ZF), and I want to make some comments on the subject.

As I promised, let’s get back to writing ☺. I was talking the other day with the owners of a software company in Romania about “how to assess a software company”. So let’s write a little bit on this topic, without claiming to go into details.

Surprise – a process I thought was finished for the other party’s lack of interest is reopened. Such a process is like a carousel ride with many loops. So we saw each other, we liked each other, we declared our mutual interest, we signed an NDA, now let’s get to know each other better.
